Class Description

This hands-on cooking class gives you the ideas and skills to find flavor and reduce the salt. Learn to use lower salt flavorings like sea salt and tamari and how to shop for prepared meals with lower salt. Be ready for fun and flavor, without a lot of salt.

Class will include the making of two dishes with tasting portions.
