In February of 2001 I became a Certified Reiki Master Teacher using the Usui System of Natural Healing. In April of 2001 I was ordained as a Holistic Minister followed by becoming a Certified Spiritual Healer & a Certified Diplomat of Earth Stewardship. In February of 2008 I was asked to be one of the first eight Peace Meditation Facilitators for Ten Million clicks for Peace, and I accepted the honor.

I've studied personal transformation & growth for over twenty-two years while having a special interest in the Healing Arts for much of that time while in search of ways to heal myself from my past and find healthier ways of being.

I started doing Spiritual Path Coaching in 2005 after finding myself using my years of study in personal transformation & growth, and human behavioral psychology to help others better understand how they ended up where they did, and what could be done about it. As I've continued to study and learn I have focused less on the need to understand everything, and instead I've moved into simply letting it go by focusing on techniques that quickly & thoroughly get to the core issue(s) and collapse them.

I've continued to further my studies through reading, attending workshops and classes pertaining to healing and personal growth.

I am very intuitive & I use this ability both in my personal life, as well as in my work with clients. It isn't unusual for me to get information while I am with someone, particularly while doing a Reiki session. This ability has helped me gain a better understanding of what is going on for me in my life and for the client in theirs.

Personal Mission Statement
My purpose is to use my creativity & passion to help others heal in a peaceful, and loving manner to bring them to a place of love & balance within themselves.

My Vision

My grandest dream & goal, is for Bearfoot Healing to be a retreat housing and encompassing all of the natural / body friendly forms of healing. All of these healing modalities working together to empower & restore a natural, healthy balance within the body, mind, and spirit. It is my goal to help bring peace through healing to each & every person I work with, whether they are a colleague or a client. I am dedicated to helping heal all of earth’s inhabitants, including the earth itself. I am very proud to say that I am the Seattle area coordinator for Inner World Seminars. I believe with all my heart that the inner work being done in the Inner Child and Relationship workshops are of great value to our personal growth.

The study and practice of manifesting, meditation and healing has led me to a promising view of love, light and miraculous possibilities. Every individual has the ability to manifest and create for his or her life, which creates energy to change the world.

I am an instructor and practitioner of Rainbow Children, an Intuitive Anatomy practitioner, and a teacher and practitioner of ThetaHealing™ and Manifesting and Abundance training as created by Vianna Stibal. I have spent several years both studying and practicing ThetaHealing™, including 24 years studying and practicing health and nutrition. I have witnessed many healings both in practice and observing other practitioners using this technique. I have helped family, my children and other clients with their issues and illnesses. This is the most rewarding work I could possibly do. I have been honored to witness instant healings, from bladder and ear infections, clearing fears, to resolving a brain tumor.

I have a passion to help people who want to overcome the obstacles that prevent them from embracing health and their own divine timing in their lives. Sometimes all it takes is to change a limiting belief so change can easily, gracefully take place. I have an avid interest in teaching children how to use their innate divine sense of intuition, by forming Rainbow Children classes. Giving our young people the tools to beautifully create their lives, will bless us all.
