EFT Tapping Script | Resolving Anxiety and Panic

With much Love in my Heart for you, I am  providing this EFT tapping script for resolving and clearing Anxiety and Panic Attacks, as a way of supporting you on your  path.

Keep  in mind though, the only time the Emotional Freedom Technique falls  short is when you are being too general in your approach; be as specific as you can.  If the condition you are working with goes away and then comes back,  then it indicates that there is more to collapse, and it may require assistance from a knowledgeable and experienced practitioner like myself.
        
With  that said, I suggest you be aware of what you are working on clearing  and transmuting before proceeding. As an example, that time when the  school bully knocked you down at recess as you were walking and caused  your head to hit that rock sticking out of the ground and cut your  temple which you still bear the physical and emotional scars from.
    
You  don't have to relive it; you already do on a deeper level, (fluctuating  between subconscious and conscious awareness). It is really a matter of  setting the intent to work on that particular instance, and, what  typically happens is, as you tap, the 'like kind' instances are also  being peacefully worked out, creating even greater relief and freedom.
      
Let's get started....
EFT Tapping Points - Short
KC = Karate Chop
   
EB = Beginning of Eye Brow
  
SE = Side of Eye
  
UE = Under Eye
  
UN = Under Nose
Ch = Chin
   
CB = Beginning of Collar Bone
   
UA = Under Arm
   
TH = Top of head
 
1. The Setup...Say the following 3 affirmations 1x each while continuously gently tapping the Karate Chop point:
          
  • Even though a part of me has been experiencing anxiety and it has felt so powerful and overwhelming at times, I choose to deeply, and completely, Love, Accept and Forgive myself and anyone else involved
  • Even though a part of me has been feeling so fearful, scared and panic-stricken, I choose to start relaxing deeply and completely while I Love, Accept and Forgive myself and anyone else involved
  • Even though I have been through so much and a part of me is feeling so concerned and apprehensive, I choose to deeply, and completely, Love, Accept and Forgive myself and anyone else involved
    
2. The Sequence...Gently tap about 7x on each of the following energy points while repeating the statement at each point.
    
EB - It feels like a part of me has struggled with anxiety and panic for a long time
SE - And it has been so hard on me to live and function
UE - It has been so hard to think straight at times
UN - A part of me has often felt so panicky and fearful
Ch - A part of me has felt really afraid of what is going on
CB - A part of me has felt so fearful of what will happen next
UA - Sometimes life seems so scary
TH - I have been through so much drama and trauma
      
EB - And I feel like it has really affected me
SE - It has been really hard to feel relaxed and safe
UE - It is so hard to get things done
UN - When I feel so much anxiety and panic within
Ch - It feels so overwhelming at times
CB - I have felt so clouded in fear
UA - It has been so hard to know what to do
TH - It has been so hard to focus
       
EB - A part of me feels so caught in the past
SE - And imagines a dreadful scary future
UE - I do not like feeling this way
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UN - I know there are ways to free myself of this cycle and pattern
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
Ch - I know I have what I need to change this
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
CB - I know I have the power to cleanse myself of the past

UA - I am able to peacefully relax and let go

TH - I call upon my inner strength and wisdom

EB - I am processing and clearing now

SE - I fully acknowledge and accept what I have been through

UE - My past has some fearful, scary and dramatic moments

UN - My future can be free of it all

Ch - I can change my future by discharging the past

CB - I am letting myself permanently change what is next by tapping
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UA - I am willing to let it all go now as I tap
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
TH - I am powerful and in control of my thoughts and feelings
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
    
EB - I am freeing myself as I tap now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
SE - I am resolving and discharging the anxiety now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UE - I am resolving and discharging the panic now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UN - I am resolving and discharging the concerns now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
Ch - I am resolving and discharging the apprehension now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
CB - I choose to fully let it go now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UA - I choose to create and allow room for peaceful relaxation now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
TH - I let go peacfully
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
        
EB - I am fully relaxing now with each slow deep breath
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
SE - I am in control of my life and how I feel right now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UE - I am peaceful right here, right now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UN - I am here as I peacefully breathe
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
Ch - My body is relaxing and letting it go
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
CB - I allow my body to relax and let it go fully now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UA - I am completely safe as my body relaxes and lets it all go
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhales fully through your mouth*
  
TH - I fully allow myself to be safe and secure now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
    
EB - I deserve safety and security now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
SE - I know I am safe and secure now
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UE - I remain fully in control of my breath and how I feel
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UN - My breathing remains relaxed, gentle, slow and deeply helpful
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
Ch - I am Loved and supported
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
CB - I Love and support myself with relaxation
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
UA - I know I deserve peace and freedom
  
*Take a slow belly filling breath through your nose... slowly exhale fully through your mouth*
  
TH - I am completely safe, secure and free now
     
Take a deep breath filling your belly and slowly exhale.
    
I advise you take a sip of water to help further ground yourself in the present moment.
        
If the issue persists...
Repeat the following affirmation 3x while continuously gently tapping on the Karate Chop point:
     
  • Even though I feel this remaining anxious concern, I deeply and completely Love, Accept and Forgive myself and anyone else involved
    
The Sequence...
Gently tap about 7x on each of the following energy points while repeating the statement at each point.
    
EB - I now peacefully resolve any remaining past energies
SE - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
UE - I now peacefully resolve any remaining refusal to let go
UN - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
Ch - I now peacefully resolve any remaining tension and fear
CB - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
UA - I now peacefully resolve any remaining concern or apprehension
TH - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
    
EB - I now Lovingly resolve any remaining issues with the past
SE - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
UE - I now Lovingly resolve any remaining attachment to the past
UN - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
Ch - I now Lovingly, Peacefully and Gracefully Relax
CB - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
UA - I am now free to be the new liberated peaceful relaxed me
TH - On every level and layer, in every direction and lifetime
     
      
Repeat again if necessary to collapse and resolve your issue.
